MBBR生物懸浮填料是一種近年來剛推出市場的新型生物載體。優質的性能使它在微生物培育、水處理等行業得到了廣泛的應用。

MBBR生物懸浮填料這種新型的生物過濾材料為高分子的PE材質制成。耐酸堿，耐老化。優良的抗腐蝕性使它能應用于環保、化工、污水處理、飲用水處理、水產養殖廢水處理等各個領域。它使用特殊工藝加工而成，高比表面積（表面積與質量的比值）的特性使它易于使細菌類在它上面附著掛膜，形成有效的菌群種落。從而能為水處理生物過濾環節提供定向細菌培養的載體。

在利用MBBR生物填料時，應注意如果培養菌類為好氧菌，則可結合充氧或曝氣來增加水中的溶氧度。以使菌群更好地繁殖。
